Surana Evening College library was established in the year 2011.Apart from textbooks, Library houses a growing collection of reference books; journals & journal back volumes, dictionaries, encyclopedias, yearbooks etc. Also, the library facilitates access to a number of e-journals & e-books through NLIST/INFLIBNET/ e-consortium.   • Monday to Saturday– 4.30pm – 9.00pm.
Rules

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Maintain calm study atmosphere. Silence must be observed in the library at all times.
  • Use of mobile phones anywhere in the Library premises is strictly prohibited.
  • No material from the Library should be taken out without proper issue. Taking book(s) without adhering to the procedure will invite disciplinary action.
  • The lost book or Borrower’s Ticket should be brought to the notice of Library staff immediately.

User Awareness Programme

  • The library takes an active part in the orientation programme organized by the institute for the benefit of new students in the beginning of the academic year.

  • Apart from orientation programme, lectures and competitions are conducted regularly once in a semester to increase the awareness and usage of library resources.
